You'll discover new TikTok and Instagram talent, start conversations, and help turn creators into long-term brand partners.The Role- Help onboard new creators and affiliates into the program.- Recruit new affiliates and creators into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.- Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships.- Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.- Reply to creator DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.- Track creator and influencer outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.Qualifications- Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators and influencers through DMs and email.- Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.- Strong written English and communication skills.- Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no dropped follow-ups.The Upside- Hands-on exposure to a fast-growing DTC startup.- Direct exposure to how a modern brand scales through TikTok and creator partnerships.- Resume-building experience in influencer marketing, social media, and brand partnerships.⚡ Want in on the creator economy?
