Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in community, school, and home settings.\r\nThe position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.\r\nHourly Rate: $20.00-$22.00\r\nQualifications/Requirements:\r\nBachelor's or master's Degree generally preferred; commensurate experience in community-based agency program is acceptable except for programs where the referring authority requires a specific degree.\r\nAt a minimum, at least one-year previous experience in managing personnel and budgets.\r\nExperience working with at-risk youth and families\r\nStrong organizational and communication skills\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
