Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid Project Manager based in Austin, Texas. This role is for a leader and proactive manager capable of executing multiple projects and managing ownership, design, construction, and vendor teams through planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution, through all phases of a project. The Project Manager works closely with the team to track schedules, budgets, risk, and supports site activities, and establishes clear communication amongst all stakeholders. This position offers strong exposure to real-world project delivery and is well suited for someone looking to grow within an owner-side project management environment.Responsibilities and Qualifications: Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and tracking of critical milestonesParticipate in site walks and inspections to help verify progress and complianceCoordinate project logistics, materials, and resources alongside the project teamMaintain organized project records and assist with reporting and meeting documentationCommunicate effectively with internal team members, consultants, and contractorsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with real estate development and construction processes preferredLocal experience is preferred, but we're open to other Texas markets and beyondBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required
