MES Analyst

Key Responsibilities:Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and enabling Data Driven decision making)Provide support for Systems Maintenance and OptimizationMonitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting software performanceAdherence to Service Level Agreement requirementsEnsuring compliance with system requirementsProvide support and collaborationIdentifying solutions to streamline manufacturing process issuesCollaborating with production teams to ensure seamless integration of and ongoing support applicationsProviding testing, debugging support, and reportingUser support and trainingProviding training and support to end-users as may be requiredAddressing user queries, reporting and issue resolution ticketsEscalate issues to next level support as needed.Identifying areas for Process ImprovementQualifications:ITAR compliance experience5 years - expertise with MES software (Aprios preferred, other expertise, such as Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory, is acceptable)3 years - Troubleshooting and customer support experienceAbility to travel periodically to client sites within the US, if requiredAbility to remain calm under pressure
