Bring your expertise to the forefront as we strive to enhance the capabilities of our nation's maritime defense systems and safeguard our naval superiority.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nProvides technical and programmatic support on a wide range of activities and missions supporting Naval ship weapon systems development and operation\nAssist in program planning, quantitative, qualitative analysis, project costing and forecasting, and impact assessments\nIdentifies, reports, and assists with the resolution of program issues\nDevelops and maintains dashboards, templates, forms, visualizations, and graphics to supply Navy and Coast Guard stakeholders with understandable information\nMinimum Qualifications:\nA Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of systems analyst experience supporting a large U.S. Navy acquisition program OR ten (10) years of experience in leu of degree\nTravel will be required up to 25% to Pascagoula, MS; Charleston, SC; Moorestown, NJ; San Diego, CA; Norfolk, VA and other sites as needed\nPreferred Qualifications:\nU.S. Coast Guard (USCG) surface-vessel acquisition or surface-vessel system sustainment experience\nNavy Acquisitions/financial knowledge\nKnowledge of Naval Gun Weapon Systems to include Sustainment/Fleet Readiness and modernization planning and execution\nFamiliarity with Naval Combat Systems overhaul support\nKnowledge of USCG organizational structure - prior USCG Surface with Combat System experience\nLifecycle planning/analysis experience\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have an active Secret Security clearance or the ability to obtain\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer\nOften positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations\nMay be asked to move Audio/Visual or Computer equipment\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $93,300-$155,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
