A key initiative is enabling customer‑level sales visibility, driven by a growing loyalty program and deeper understanding of individual customer behavior.Strategically, the organization is evolving from a traditional “browse and buy” approach to owning the entire browse experience, allowing for intelligent, personalized journeys across global markets.As a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping backend architecture, setting engineering standards, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and quality of systems that directly impact revenue and customer experience worldwideDuties/Day to Day OverviewThis is a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role.You will lead by example through deep coding involvement, architectural ownership, and stewardship of engineering quality across backend systems.
