It's a dynamic, high-energy environment where your results are visible, celebrated, and rewarded.What You'll DoAssess client needs and recommend auto, home, and personal lines coverageConvert dealership traffic into closed policiesBuild relationships with dealership staff and referral contacts to generate warm leadsProspect through phone outreach, networking, and relationship-buildingDeliver a seamless, consultative experience from first conversation to bound policyWhat We're Looking ForActive Illinois Property & Casualty license (required)4+ years of insurance sales experienceFamiliarity with automotive dealership environments and F&I workflowsStrong consultative selling skills — you listen first, then solveHigh energy, self-motivated, and genuinely people-orientedHigh school diploma required; college degree a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $88k-$115k)Medical, Dental & VisionPTO, Paid Holidays & Sick DaysPet Insurance401(k) with MatchFSA & HSALife InsuranceSchedule11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | One weekend day off/month + alternating Sundays📍 On-site only — 6042 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60659
