At Storage Solutions (previously invar), we provide innovative supply chain and warehouse automation solutions to world-leading brands. As a Software Support Engineer, you'll work with cutting-edge technology, grow your skills, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nServe as the first line of support via phone and email for customers experiencing issues with our Invar Warehouse System (IWS) software.\r\nCollaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues with IWS software packages.\r\nMaintain, track, and escalate support tickets as needed to ensure timely resolutions.\r\nMonitor customer production environments to identify and proactively address potential issues.\r\nAssist in testing new software releases and custom implementations, providing valuable feedback to the development team.\r\nSet up internal development PCs and test servers to support new implementations.\r\nTravel to customer sites (up to 25%) to deliver hands-on, on-site support, including commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automated warehouse equipment.\r\nKnowledge & Skills\r\nA recommended degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.\r\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\r\nA working knowledge of SQL (preferred but not required) and experience with Windows environments (required).\r\nExperience with C# .NET is a plus.\r\nAn ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\r\nWork Conditions\r\nTravel up to 25% annually (domestic and international)\r\nParticipate in the team's ongoing 24/7 support of Invar customers (compensation provided).\r\nWhy Storage Solutions - A Jungheinrich Company?\r\nOur greatest asset is our people.
