Location: Remote with periodic onsite travel Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)Salary of $120K to $125K, FULLY REMOTERole OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on ERP Solutions Engineer with deep expertise in Aptean Manufacturing ERP (M2M) to lead the design, configuration, and ongoing support of a mission-critical ERP platform supporting manufacturing operations.This role blends functional manufacturing expertise + technical ERP capability, serving as both a solution owner and escalation point. You will translate complex operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions while driving system optimization, integration, and long-term sustainability.Core ResponsibilitiesERP Solution OwnershipLead full lifecycle ERP initiatives: requirements → design → configuration → testing → deploymentOwn continuous improvement and system optimization within M2MManufacturing Process AlignmentPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to support:BOM and routing structuresProduction control and shop floor executionInventory, procurement, and supply chain workflowsCosting and financial integrationERP Configuration & OptimizationConfigure and enhance M2M modules using best practicesMinimize customizations; prioritize scalable standard functionalityEscalation & SupportAct as primary escalation point for complex, production-impacting ERP issuesTroubleshoot and resolve system challenges impacting manufacturing operationsIntegration & Data ManagementSupport integrations across ERP, MES, planning systems, and reporting toolsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and flow across platformsTesting & ValidationDevelop and execute test plans validating end-to-end manufacturing and financial processesDocumentationCreate and maintain:Process flowsSystem documentationData mappingsSOPsRequired ExperienceERP Expertise5–7+ years hands-on experience with Aptean Manufacturing ERP (M2M)Strong experience with ERP configuration, support, and enhancementsManufacturing Domain KnowledgeDeep understanding of:Bills of Materials (BOM)Routings & engineering change managementProduction scheduling & shop floor controlInventory & supply chain operationsCosting & financial integrationERP Lifecycle DeliveryProven experience delivering:ERP implementationsSystem upgradesEnhancements in manufacturing environmentsTechnical & Integration SkillsKnowledge of M2M data structures and workflowsExperience with:System integrationsData mapping & transformationTroubleshooting data flow issuesExposure to reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) preferredProblem Solving & CommunicationAbility to diagnose complex ERP issues quicklyTranslate technical concepts into business-friendly languageKey AttributesHands-on, detail-oriented ERP practitionerStrong understanding of real-world manufacturing environmentsSolution-driven mindset focused on scalability and efficiencyOwnership mentality with accountability for outcomesContinuous improvement mindsetWork EnvironmentSupports a high-reliability manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, industrial)Requires periodic onsite presence in New Hampshire for:User support & trainingSystem troubleshootingBusiness collaboration
