Work in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner with strong attention to detail.\nDeveloping leadership and coaching skills: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and/or mentorship to designers/drafters and less experienced engineers.\nBe proactive in advancing workflows, systems, and tools within the Architectural discipline.\nEmbrace emerging technologies.\n\nOn an assigned project: Lead a team of designers responsible for an area of design in the development of layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation.\nAttend project meetings and take an active role to help teams resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.\nParticipate in and champion internal, cross-discipline, and external project quality reviews.\n\nBring your creativity, ambitious spirit, and extreme attention to detail, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you – so we can deliver extraordinary solutions for a better tomorrow, together.\nHere’s what you'll need\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program\nProfessional Architecture license in the U.S., or actively pursuing licensure with demonstrated progress through the NCARB/ARE process.\nA minimum of 7years of architecture experience\nExperience with building codes and specifications\nProficiency in Revit\nEffective interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills\nSolid verbal and written communication skills.\nIdeally, you’ll also have:\nRegistered Architect license.\nExperience with Sketchup, Adobe Suite,Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks\nExperience in semiconductor, mission critical, life sciences, mission critical, bio pharma, life sciences buildings, or other advanced facilities\nLEED accredited\nAbility to travel\nOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
