Martial Arts Camp Counselor

Summer Camp Counselor Supervise and engage children in daily summer camp activities Lead structured games, drills, and martial arts-based activities Design and implement fun, age-appropriate games and experiences Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all campers Assist instructors with class setup, organization, and clean-up Collaborate with team members and support staff as needed Monitor student behavior while promoting teamwork, respect, and discipline Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and participants Prior experience working with children (camp, coaching, childcare, etc.) preferred Creative and energetic approach to planning activities Positive attitude with strong enthusiasm and engagement Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain active and attentive throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and responsible Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening Martial arts, sports, or fitness background is a plus (not required) Part-time schedule: 2025 hours per week (varies based on activities and field trips) All off-site trips and activities are fully covered by the company Uniform: gym-appropriate attire; company t-shirt provided Driver License (Required)
