The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence.As a Project Engineering Associate Manager for the SEIT sustainment domain, you will be part of the Technical Integration Management (TIM) team for Systems Integration, within the SEIT directorate, supporting the Sustainment Chief Systems Engineer. Your scope will lead business operations, including resource planning and allocations, cost and schedule monitoring and reporting, and establishing and leading business rhythms for the SEIT sustainment domain.You will be responsible for:Leading a team of Project Engineers and Engineering Aides to coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and execution of business operations across the SEIT sustainment domainEstablishing and maintaining relationships with teams across the SEIT sustainment domain, as well as finance and business operations, to ensure that program needs are integrated with decisions, activities, and planningParticipate in program meetings and reviews, including design reviews, test reviews, and production readiness reviews, to ensure that business operations considerations are properly addressedProvide direct interaction with leadership on the status of projects, including identification of any risks, issues, and opportunitiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationPrevious Project Management, CAM (control account manager), EVM (earned value management), BOE (basis of estimate), and/or resource planning experienceDetail oriented and excellent problem solving skillsLeadership experience, in either a badged management position or via team lead positionEligibility and willingness to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance - U.S. Citizenship requiredDesired Skills:Project management experience with knowledge of entire program life-cycleCAM and EVM experienceResource planning experienceDesire to drive process efficiency and improvements in the execution of the financial and technical business rhythmsExperience with integration of product lifecycle dependenciesExperience with Vemo, MS Project, or other resource planning toolsActive Secret or Top Secret Security ClearanceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
