Ensure members\nreceive personalized, attentive, and seamless service that reflects the Club's standards of\nexcellence throughout their dining experience. Perform all food and beverage service\nduties in a courteous, ecient, and professional manner while maintaining a clean,\norganized, and safe work environment.\nEssential Duties & Key Responsibilities\nConsistently deliver exceptional service by welcoming members and guests in a warm,\ncourteous, and professional manner, remaining attentive, anticipating their needs, and\nproviding prompt, personalized service throughout their dining experience.\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting mutual trust,\nrespect, teamwork, and open communication among all team members.\nAccurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly, ensuring\naccuracy, quality, and exceptional service throughout the dining experience.\nEffectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, remain composed\nunder pressure, and exercise sound judgment to resolve guest concerns and\ncomplaints in a professional and timely manner.\nComplete all assigned opening, closing, and side work each shift to ensure service\nstations are fully stocked, organized, and prepared to meet anticipated business levels\nand deliver efficient service.\nMaintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct at all times,\ndemonstrating proper etiquette when interacting with members, guests, and fellow\nteam members.\nMaintain a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus, daily specials, and the\nClub's sequence of service to provide accurate information, make appropriate\nrecommendations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience to members and\nguests.\nMaintain a working knowledge of the Club’s facilities, amenities, programs, and events\nto proactively assist members and guests by providing accurate information and\ncourteous, professional communication.\nFollow and enforce all health, safety, sanitation, and workplace policies and\nprocedures to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment for members, guests,\nand fellow team members.\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality,\nor a related customer service role preferred.\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally while establishing and\nmaintaining positive relationships with members, guests, vendors, and fellow\nteam members.\nCustomer service orientated with a commitment to delivering exceptional\nservice and creating a positive experience for members and guests.\nKnowledge of food safety regulations.\nCERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:\n1. Valid Driver’s License.\n2. A Server Permit (On-Premise Permit)\n3. Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.\nWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:\nWorking conditions are performed in both interior and exterior surroundings.
