Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Table 87 Frozen

Table 87Brooklyn, NYMay 26th, 2026
This is not just a job. This is an opportunity to help build and scale a company.Table 87 is a Brooklyn-born, family-owned brand that started in 2012 with one coal-fired pizza restaurant and has grown into a multi-channel business spanning restaurants, retail, and food service. We became known for offering coal-fired pizza by the slice, something that didn’t exist in the Brooklyn pizza scene before Table 87. A few years later, in 2014, we took that same slice, froze it, vacuum sealed it, and brought it into local grocery stores. We built our name on authentic coal-fired pizza and solved a problem the industry said couldn’t be solved. We created a fully cooked, flash-frozen product that delivers a true pizzeria experience at home in minutes. That innovation led to national distribution, a deal on Shark Tank, and features in The New York Times and other major publications. Today, our frozen products are sold nationwide through major retailers and food service partners, and we are entering a major growth phase. We are looking for a sales-driven Chief Operating Officer to lead that next phase. The RoleThe COO will oversee the full operational engine of Table 87 Frozen, including manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
