All activities of the AGM are expected to be consistent and supportive of their restaurant's business plan, P&L, and Five Guys Restaurants policies.\n\n*Total Guest Satisfaction:*\n\nEnsures that the restaurant they are assigned to consistently delivers the highest quality products, service and cleanliness.\n\n-Evaluates their restaurant's Quality, Service, and Cleanliness every day.\n\n-Provides regular feedback and coaching to their team members on areas that need improvement.\n\n-Hires high quality people who demonstrate and ensure consistent guest satisfaction through perfect food, great service and a sparkling clean store.\n\n*Training and Development:*\n\nContinuously works to improve the skills, knowledge, and moral of all employees within their supervision. Ensure all employees receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties to Five Guys expectations.\n\n-Prepares qualified employees for promotion to the next position.
