Allied Accounting ClerkThe Allied Accounting Clerk assists in overseeing application of bi-monthly Allied statements, in the collection of Allied receivables, and will assist service centers with Allied related problems. This position will also perform all billing, accounts payable and collections for Allied shipments. Compensation range is $14-$16/hr depending on experience.Essential Functions and Duties:Reconcile bi-monthly Allied statementsAudit all shipments paid on statementsWork Allied collections listsWork Allied due from shippers collectionsWork Allied non-ship expensesAssist in balancing Allied clearing accountsPerform end of day posting/reporting for Allied receivablesAnswer questions about Allied credit card transactions, Allied rating, Allied billing and request credit card refunds as necessaryOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of company softwareKnowledge of accounting softwareKnowledge of Allied requirements and processesInterpersonal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and basic math skillsAbility to operate 10-key calculatorKnowledge of general bookkeeping proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking Conditions:IndoorsOffice EnvironmentSitting for long periods of timeFrequent use of telephoneColeman Worldwide Moving Benefits for Employees (not applicable for seasonal employees if not stated):40 hours of VACATION PAY after 1-year employmentArray of voluntary health benefits including but not limited to (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more)6 paid holidays after 90 days for Full Time employees (Seasonal Included)Referral Bonus ProgramsColeman Worldwide Moving (and affiliated companies) (collectively "CWM") is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
