This is a 100% onsite position.\n\nPosition Overview\nGeneral customer service for internal and external customers\n\nWhat you'll do:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nRespond to all inquiries from internal/external customers and TSRs regarding price, availability, order status, and other inquiries through phone, email, or fax.\nRespond to all customer issues and concerns, taking appropriate action to help resolve the issue and communicate resolution to the customer or TSR, including, but not limited to issuing RMA’s initiating customer complaint forms, processing billing corrections, researching, and resolving freight claims shipping errors.\nReceive and enter orders accurately and in a timely manner and send out order acknowledgments.\nMaintain order status and inform customers or TSRs if any issues arise.\nEnsure paperwork pertinent to each order is contained in appropriate folders.\nPrepare domestic and international freight documents and create quotes.\nWork with a variety of freight forwarders and shippers to ensure timely deliveries.\nOccasionally working with the shipping department.\nOther tasks as defined.\nWhat you'll bring:\nAssociate degree preferred.\n2-3 years of previous customer service experience.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.\nExperience with shipping international orders and domestic orders\nExperience with hazardous material shipping and documentation preferred\nExperience with computers and Microsoft office products.\n\nSkills and Abilities:\nGood telephone mannerisms.\nOutgoing personality with a positive attitude for resolving customer problems and complaints.\nMust be able to multitask and communicate effectively\nDetailed oriented and organizational skills.\nMust be able to work in face paced team-oriented environment\nVersatility in undertaking a variety of tasks.\nCapable of working as a member of a team in an environment that is occasionally pressurized.\nAdministratively articulate.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nWhat we offer:\nEutectic Corporation offers a competitive compensation program along with a very generous benefit package including:\nMedical\nHSA & FSA plans\nDental\nVision\nCompany paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability\n401(k) company match\nGenerous Paid Time Off policy & paid holidays\nVoluntary Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Insurance\nReferral bonus\nAlternate work schedules\n\nEutectic Corporation is an equal-opportunity employer.
