{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"7ff0476655c423188516d09f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7ff0476655c423188516d09f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/7ff0476655c423188516d09f","title":"Computer Client Support Analyst","description":"Job Title: Computer Client Support Analyst I\nLocation: Sacramento, CA\nDuration: August 24, 2026 – August 23, 2027\nPay Rate: $26.00/hr. on W2\n\nAccount Manager Notes:\n\nJob Description:\nJob Responsibilities\nProvides client desktop support with basic level technical understanding and capability (Tier 1) in:\nMicrosoft Operating Systems\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nComputing in an enterprise network environment.\nIn Tier 1 technical scope:\nEffectively troubleshoots desktop and mobile computing devices, network and peripheral issues.\nIdentifies and engages needed resources to remedy problems.\nDiagnoses and resolves technical issues that require in-depth analysis, such as application, hardware, and software problems.\nTakes appropriate action (e.g. phone calls, pages, emails, etc.) to contact responsible support personnel to handle system wide events (e.g, system outages, software rollouts, down servers, application failures, etc).\nAfter-hours analysts provide support after core hours.\nContacts On-call support for urgent issues on applications used by clients.\nAdministers active 2-way communications and \"knowledge transfer\" within assigned team/function, both planned/advance notice and real-time.\nFosters strong Teamwork culture intra and inter TSC, with team staff, colleagues, partners and stakeholders.\nCreate/Assign incident tickets and work orders based on priority, impact and complexity to the appropriate fix agents.\nProvides continous improvement support for all service desk roles, functions and activities.\nAssesses and ensures process and work conforms to existing policies, standards and guidelines.\nCorrelate multiple customer issues identified with alarms/alerts received to eliminate duplication of events.\nMonitor network devices, interfaces and applications through intelligent devices and automated programs across the enterprise for alarms/alerts received from incidents, unauthorized or failed changes.\nManage alarms and alerts received from existing monitoring programs using previously defined business rules.\nEducation Required\nHigh School completion or equivalent.\nEducation Preferred\nTwo to four-year college degree and/or IT learning accreditation or certification or equivalent IT work experience.\nLicense/Certification\nPreferred:\nAssorted IT software training/learning certifications.\nExperience Required\n1 year of IT service/help desk operations experience.\nExperience Preferred\nQualitative and quantitative analytic & problem solving skills.\nAbility to learn new concepts quickly.\nOrganizational skills.\nAdvanced verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.\nIs able to work independently or as part of a team.\nHas novice/ basic knowledge of one or more of the following designated area:\nIT product line\noperational process\nUtility domain (e.g. Gas, Electric, Telecom Network, TCP/ IP)\nAdheres to Work Instructions and/or processes as defined in Run -
