If this sounds outstanding to you, take the first step forward and explore a career with Dal-Tile.\n\nShift Hours: (6AM - 6 PM 2-2-3 Schedule)\n\nJob Duties:\nEnsures safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.\nFollows the Quality Management System (QMS).\nStocks lines/machines with needed materials.\nTransports, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients.\nLoad/unload machines.\nPerforms periodic checks on output.\nCreates samples and performs quality control checks.\nMonitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues.\nMaintains documentation/records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area.\nFollows standard operating procedures and safe operating practices.\nKeeps area safe, clean and organized.\nSupports a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other employees.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
