Clinical Program Director

Job Summary:: The Clinical Program Director oversees community-based programs that offer prevention and intervention services to at-risk youth and families. Key Responsibilities: Manage managerial, operational, and administrative duties as outlined in the scope of work. Provide direct care and clinical services. Lead the team to ensure all contractual and performance obligations are met. Essential Functions: Supervise program staff regularly. Oversee individualized planning and service coordination for all youth. Ensure services comply with funding guidelines and meet the needs of children, youth, and families. Conduct outreach with agency partners, including probation, placement providers, universities, and community organizations. Generate internal reports to verify compliance with program requirements and documentation. Manage budgets in accordance with federal financial regulations. Ensure staff adherence to all relevant rules and regulations set by funders and governing bodies. Qualifications and Requirements:: Master’s Degree with a specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related fields is required. Licensed or licensed eligible in respective field (to include, but no limited to: LPC, LPC-Associate, LCSW, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC) Be in good standing with their respective licensing board. Supervisory experience in a social service field Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s license, and registration and maintain state mandates car insurance Possess excellent verbal and writing skills Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Clear background check from appropriate entities Work Environment: This is a program which requires daily contact at various locations and inside correctional facilities. Work shifts are subject to change and will be expected to work some evenings and weekends. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. This position may require extended periods of time in an automobile. Exposed to prevalent weather conditions.
