This individual will play a critical role in driving new portfolio growth and opportunities by identifying, developing, and securing new business for our AlphaExperts team. Alphanumeric is a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and Patient Engagement. Through our AlphaExperts team, we specialize in delivering comprehensive services that encompass contracting, logistics, and content development to support life sciences organizations.\r\nThe ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in business development, thrives in a high-performance environment, and excels at networking to generate leads and cultivate strong industry relationships.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDevelop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth for AlphaExperts' KOL and Patient Engagement solutions.\r\nIdentify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the Life Sciences industry, leveraging your network to generate new business opportunities.\r\nLead the end-to-end sales process.\r\nWork closely with internal teams, including marketing and service delivery, to align business development efforts with company objectives.\r\nRepresent Alphanumeric at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.\r\nAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for expansion and innovation in our service offerings.\r\nConsistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.\r\nQualifications & Requirements:\r\nAt least 5-7 years of experience in Business Development within the Life Sciences sector.\r\nStrong knowledge of KOL and Patient Engagement strategies, Medical Communications, MedAffairs and/or MedInfo services.\r\nStrong experience in a CRO , preferably a larger CRO.
