Remote Litigation Paralegal

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal for a remote, full-time in-house engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to high-volume subpoena requests Handle issues involving garnishments, liens, levies, and other legal process requests Track and maintain a subpoena docket while ensuring compliance with deadlines and applicable laws Required Qualifications 4-8 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a financial institution Experience managing a substantial subpoena docket Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services Experience in a bank, fintech company, state financial institution, or crypto-related organization Willingness to work Eastern Time hours
