Whether you're just starting your career or looking to grow in a new direction, you'll find opportunities to thrive, lead, and make a meaningful impact here.Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and direct nursing unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care, Efficient nursing operations within AnMed's Adult Surgical/ Pediatrics departmentOversee all nursing staff personnel, including scheduling and performance management Direct and monitor unit quality initiatives and compliance with standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomesQualificationsLicensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience Supervisory Experience requiredMaster's degree required within three (3) years of date of hire. If the Master's Degree is not in nursing then BSN is required with a Master's Degree in related field as approved by the Director/ AVP or CNO.Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advance (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months is required.
