JOB TITLE: Implementation Specialist – JusticeTechFLSA STATUS: ExemptDEPARTMENT: JusticeTechREPORTS TO: Director, ImplementationsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: NoJOB LOCATION: Remote - LouisianaTRAVEL: Up to 40%ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reviews contracts for understanding and adherence to the scope of workConsults with and partners with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer's business processesConfirms environmental requirements and accessAnalyzes current state and future state to ensure features and functionality meets scoped requirementsInstalls databases and software and configures the solution to meet the customer's needsSets up and conducts solution demonstrationsCreates test cases and runs tests to find and correct errors, and validate the implementation meets specificationsTrains and/or assists with client/end-user trainingProvides client support during testing, go-live, and post-go-liveResolves issues/bugsMigrates solution to production and performs post-production reviewReviews customer requests for enhancements and engages with the needed departments for scoping and contractingWorks with Support to transition customer solutions to the maintenance phaseAdheres to communication standards to ensure clients are informed of status, progress, and risks/issuesFacilitates internal and external meetingsMaintains positive relationships with both internal and external partnersCreates system or implementation process documentation for internal and external stakeholdersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): Associate degree in computer/software-related field or 3+ years of software implementation experienceExcellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starterDetail-orientedAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): Bachelor's degree in computer/software-related field or 5 + years of software/IT customer service experience3+ years' experience in a software, training, and implementation environment1+ years' experience with court projectsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
