PackersWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to join our production team in Vineland, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are packed according to customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace cleanliness.This position plays a critical role in both the front and back areas of the packaging line, inspecting product quality, monitoring specifications, and ensuring proper packaging procedures are followed.Schedule Options: 3 x 12-hour shifts (day or night) Monday Wednesday Thursday Saturday Tuesday ThursdayKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Inspection & Quality ControlInspect products to ensure they meet customer specificationsRemove and discard any products that do not meet quality standardsEnsure deposited product on production trays meets established specifications for formed raw doughMeasure and inspect 4 product pieces every 15 minutes for length and weightRecord measurements and weights accurately using MinitabNotify supervisors and production staff of any product specification issuesReport any foreign materials, dirt, or debris immediatelyRecord downtime and production interruptions as requiredPacking ResponsibilitiesEnsure packed product meets customer and quality specificationsVerify correct product counts in each boxPack products into the correct packaging using appropriate liners and materialsReport packaging or product issues to the Supervisor, Line Leader, or QC TechnicianGeneral Production DutiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform sanitation tasks during shutdowns or plant downtimeFollow all company safety procedures, GMPs, and food safety standardsComplete additional duties as assigned by leadershipQualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in food manufacturing preferredKnowledge & SkillsUnderstanding of food safety standards including HACCP, GMPs, and BRCAbility to read and understand MSDS documentationStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication skills for reporting quality concernsPhysical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to climb stairs, ladders, and use lifts as neededAbility to stand for extended periodsExposure to noise, cold temperatures, and flour-filled environmentsAbility to lift and move product as requiredWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Vacation Time11 Paid Holidays per YearPaid Sick TimeAnnual Production Bonus401(k) with 6% Company MatchJoin Bridor USA and play a key role in producing world-class bakery products while contributing in a safe, supportive, and performance-driven environment.Apply today and help shape the future of premium bakery manufacturing.
