The ideal candidate will have proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This individual will manage multiple high-speed Serdes projects to ensure they align effectively with the companys mission and the programs goals.\r\nBase salary rangeis $110,000 - $170,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. Our technology powers the most reliable and energy-efficient connections around the world and our team powers new products and markets that come next.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nSupport ISO 9001 QMS audit and implementation.\r\nImprove and maintain NPD processes and execution flows.\r\nInteract with customers on joint project development, responsible for SOW, project milestones management, and status review with key stakeholders.\r\nLead multiple projects throughout various NPD phases.\r\nDrive regular team meetings to update project status, and special ones to ensure a smooth transition during the execution.\r\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams on project priorities, execution difficulties, and customer deliverables requirements.\r\nWork closely with engineering teams to define scopes, confirm deliverables, plan resources, and timing for new initiatives.\r\nMonitor program progress, identify critical paths, and take immediate actions to avoid impacts.\r\nAssemble teams in response to issues/risks and act on mitigation to drive successful results.\r\nRegular review with other PMs on lessons learned and process enhancements.\r\nQualifications\r\nBS or MS degree in engineering.\r\n3+ years of experience in semiconductor project management.\r\nSolid understanding of semiconductor development cycles and processes.\r\nDemonstration of good strategy execution, organization, and analytical skills\r\nExcellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\r\n3+ years of ISO audit experience.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nFluency in Mandarin.\r\nIC engineering or management background.\r\nExperience in high-speed SerDes for Ethernet and Optical.\r\nAbout Credo\r\nCredos mission is to transform connectivity at scale through fast, reliable, and energy-efficient system solutions.
