Test Technician","description":"*Job Title: Electronics Test Technician – 2nd Shift (50172BR) *\n\n*Experience Level: Mid-Level (3–7 years)*\n\n*Location: Poway, CA*\n\n*Pay Rate: $35.78/hr*\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Set up, perform, and analyze experiments/tests following established product test procedures, recording results accurately.\n* Diagnose and repair faults in electronic systems and equipment down to the PWA/component level.\n* Read and interpret electronic schematics, wire diagrams, block diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals to perform repairs.\n* Operate test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators for analysis and troubleshooting.\n* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits down to the component level.\n* Provide guidance and training to junior technicians on procedures, tools, and inspection techniques.\n* Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and tools to maximize efficiency.\n* Escalate complex technical issues to Supervisor as needed.\n* Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus 5+ years of electronics testing experience (military/technical school training a plus).\n* Proficiency in electronics theory (Ohm’s Law, op-amp circuits, AC/DC converters).\n* Hands-on experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, voltmeters, function generators, ATE, ICD 2/3/4, CPLD, J-link, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers.\n* Knowledge of computer applications relevant to the field.\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing/repairing complex issues.\n* Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair RF systems down to component level.\n* Ability to interpret technical manuals and work with high-pressure, high-voltage, high-energy, cryogenic, or radioactive systems.\n* Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security
