AI is the largest infrastructure buildout in history, and networking is its bottleneck. Netris is the automation and multi-tenancy layer for AI cloud networking, enabling operators to launch GPU clouds in weeks, provision tenants instantly, and maximize GPU utilization. The company experienced 800% ARR growth in the last 12 months, with 35+ live GPU cluster deployments globally and growing, and is backed by Andreessen Horowitz. SDN reinvented data center networking, and Netris is doing it for the AI cloud with NAAM: Network Automation, Abstraction, and Multi-Tenancy.\r\nThe Role You will own how customers and partners learn Netris, from their first product introduction through deep technical enablement. You will sit between Customer Success, Product, Sales, and the customers we serve, translating a technically complex platform into training that lands with network engineers, platform architects, and cloud operators alike. The challenge is building a program from the ground up: scalable, hands-on, and continuously kept current as the product evolves. This role reports into Product and has direct visibility across the go-to-market org.\r\nWhat You'll Do Build and maintain the full training library: structured curricula, hands-on labs, demo environments, and reference guides for customers and channel partners\r\nDeliver live training sessions, onboarding walkthroughs, deep-dive workshops, and partner certifications, tailored to technical and semi-technical audiences\r\nOwn the demo experience: configure, run, and evolve live product demos that map to real customer infrastructure scenarios\r\nPartner with Product to stay ahead of the roadmap, translating new capabilities into updated training materials before GA\r\nRun post-training surveys and track learning outcomes; use the data to close gaps and improve the program continuously\r\nServe as a customer advocate internally, surface recurring questions, confusion points, and feature requests back to Product and Engineering\r\nYou're likely a fit if you Have built and delivered technical training for infrastructure software, networking, cloud platforms, data center operations, or AI compute\r\nCan navigate a product with real depth: you understand how networks are built and operated at scale, and you're comfortable in hands-on lab environments\r\nHave created training collaterals from scratch, that is curated for customer specifics\r\nAre fluent in product management lifecycles and know how to stay aligned with a fast-moving roadmap\r\nRun structured training programs: you use frameworks, track completion, gather feedback, and iterate\r\nPreferred qualifications Hands-on experience with modern network OS platforms: Cumulus Linux, SONiC, or Arista EOS, and an understanding of how disaggregated networking differs from legacy appliance models\r\nWorking knowledge of core network architectures: BGP, VxLAN, Clos fabrics, VPNs, NAT, stateful firewalling, and load balancing across IPv4/IPv6 environments; you can explain these to a customer, not just name-drop them\r\nFamiliarity with AI infrastructure concepts: GPU clusters, InfiniBand, NVLink, and RoCEv2 including lossless Ethernet requirements (PFC, ECN), and how the network layer directly affects training performance at scale\r\nGrounding in software design principles: you understand APIs, control planes vs. data planes, and how infrastructure software is architected; you don't need to write production code, but you can read it\r\nExperience with partner and channel enablement in addition to direct customer training\r\nCame from a high-growth organization and know how to build a program without a template\r\nCompensation, benefits, logistics $150,000–$250,000 base + stock options\r\nSanta Clara, CA preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates\r\nMedical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k), Disability insurance, flexible PTO\r\nJ-18808-Ljbffr","company":"Netris","rawCompany":"netris","city":"Santa Clara","state":"CA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-07-26T00:16:50.234Z","occupations":[{"code":"11-3131.00","title":"Training and Development Managers","slug":"training-and-development-managers"},{"code":"13-1151.00","title":"Training and Development Specialists","slug":"training-and-development-specialists"},{"code":"11-3021.00","title":"Computer and Information Systems Managers","slug":"computer-and-information-systems-managers"}],"industries":[{"code":"541512","title":"Computer Systems Design Services","slug":"computer-systems-design-services"},{"code":"611420","title":"Computer Training","slug":"computer-training"},{"code":"513210","title":"Software Publishers","slug":"software-publishers"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Technical Training & Enablement Manager","description":"Shape the AI buildout Join the team shaping the networking foundation behind the world's most demanding AI clouds.\r\nTechnical Training & Enablement Manager About Netris Netris is the leading network automation platform for AI clouds.
