The position is mostly remote but the successful candidate must be willing to be in Oklahoma City on an as-needed basis. This role will be assisting the modernization from on-premise to cloud infrastructure for a critical application. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with C#, .Net, Web API, Angular, SQL, Azure DevOps and must be local in Oklahoma currently. This opportunity is only open to US Citizens or existing Green Card Holders at this time.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, secure applications using C# .Net, Web API, Angular 16+, SQL, and Azure DevOps.\nCollaborate with technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.\nSupport the modernization of legacy systems and integration of new cloud-based solutions within Azure environment.\nTranslate functional and technical requirements into clean, maintainable code and documentation.\nParticipate in Agile SDLC processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.\nDevelop APIs, automation workflows, and system interfaces to improve operational efficiency.\nPerform unit testing and code reviews, submitting pull requests for review and approval.\nAssist in user story creation, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria definition.\nEnsure adherence to secure coding practices and compliance with TRS business rules.\nManage multiple development tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nKnowledge of modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile.\nKnowledge of business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.\nKnowledge of TRS business rules, including those specific to the Pension Software System.\nFamiliarity with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points.\nSkill in performing all aspects of application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and submitting pull requests for TRS staff to review.\nSkill in developing, enhancing, and maintaining application components that meet functional and technical requirements.\nSkill in developing clear, actionable user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog.\nSkill in developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows.\nAbility to deliver high-quality work output with minimal defects.\nAbility to translate technical specifications into maintainable, production-ready software.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with TRS technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers.\nAbility to manage multiple development tasks and meet established timelines.\nDegree in Computer Science or MIS with 3-5 years’ experience or equivalent.\n\nDuration\nMore than 2 years\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
