We are growing our program management team and looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Program Support Coordinator to serve as a force multiplier for our team — ensuring day-to-day details are handled with care and precision. This role offers a clear pathway for growth into project/program management responsibilities as you develop experience with Stratom’s systems, customers, and processes.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nSupport the program management team across commercial and defense programs by facilitating project setup, owning meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications so that nothing falls through the cracks.\nCoordinate purchasing and procurement activities, including submitting purchase requests, tracking order status, communicating with vendors, and managing shipping and receiving logistics.\nMaintain accurate inventory status of procured components to ensure assembly and integration activities are not blocked.\nSupport updates to program schedules, plans, and documentation as directed, keeping information current and accessible to the broader team.\nSupport contract data analysis and deliverable tracking, including monitoring milestone dates, contract line items, and reporting deadlines.\nCoordinate document release activities, including version control, routing for review and approval, and maintaining well-organized file structures.\nPlan and coordinate internal and external meetings and company events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.\nAssist with proposal activities such as document formatting and coordination of inputs across contributing team members.\nDevelop light marketing and communications materials, including graphics and presentations, to support business development and customer engagement efforts.\nSupport general office management tasks as directed, ensuring the team has what it needs to operate smoothly.\nDemonstrate integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions with customers, partners, and team members, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, export controls, and company standards.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n0–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or a similar role; recent graduates and candidates with equivalent demonstrated experience are encouraged to apply\nExceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without losing attention to detail while often supporting multiple projects/programs.\nClear and professional communicator across written and verbal mediums, with the ability to produce accurate meeting notes, status updates, and well-formatted documents.\nProactive self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through without requiring close direction\nCollaborative team player who finds purpose in enabling others to be more efficient and effective.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Teams; ability to learn project management and ERP tools quickly.\nPreferred Skills\nBachelor’s Degree in a STEM, business, communications, or related field.\nExperience with project management or scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.\nFamiliarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.\nExperience with purchasing, procurement workflows, or vendor and shipping coordination.\nPrior exposure to defense, aerospace, robotics, or engineering-intensive industries.\nExperience supporting customer-facing activities, trade shows, or company events.\nAdditional Requirements\nThis position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).\n\nMust be a US Citizen.\n\nDoD Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
