The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for AI, someone who thrives on building AI driven workflows and someone whose passion is uncovering hidden inefficiencies and unlocking new levels of productivity through intelligent automationResponsibilities:Design and build business driven workflow projects using Copilot based intelligent agents, low code/ no code automations, and AI assisted workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 ChatConduct research and gather data to support project planning and execution.Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations as well as support the testing and validation of unit code, in conjunction with error handling through pipelines.Identify untapped opportunities and build for AI-driven transformation within line of business processesBuild solutions primarily using Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Azure services and platforms with a focus on Generative AI.Drive discovery sprints and AI ideation effortsStay abreast of broad AI efforts and initiatives by collaborating with our bank-wide AI department.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics or a related study, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of general Financial Services & Technology is preferred.Working knowledge of M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, knowledge of cloud platforms and rapid prototyping toolsStrong understanding & working knowledge of Agentic AI including LLMs, Agents, prompts and other protocolsStrong understanding of process consulting, process engineering, operations modernization, or business transformation in financial servicesUnderstanding of automated code build solutions for CI/CD Pipelines.Full stack developmentStrong interpersonal & problem-solving skills along with the ability to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.Tech Stack: Full stack developer, Strong azure & cloud knowledge and Built applications using AIAbout Us:Techaxis Inc. is headquartered in Northern Virginia, USA.
