Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care. This full-time, day shift position offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume department with a supportive team and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform Diagnostic Imaging : Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Patient Care : Ensure patient comfort and safety while performing radiologic procedures, explaining the process to patients and addressing their concerns. Quality Control : Ensure images are of high diagnostic quality while adhering to all safety protocols, including radiation safety guidelines. Collaborate with Healthcare Providers : Work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to deliver the best possible care for patients. Maintain Equipment : Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal functioning. Documentation : Accurately document patient information, procedures, and image quality for medical records. Qualifications: Education : Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent. Licensure : Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Experience : Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply. BLS Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
