This role is responsible for managing cross-functional security projects, supporting key priorities, and ensuring timely delivery through collaboration with diverse teams. The position contributes to scaling security processes, risk reduction, and compliance, leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:Manage technical projects and programs across the Enterprise Security teamProvide operational support to engineering leads for project executionScope and deliver cross-functional security projects on scheduleCommunicate progress on security and compliance initiativesSupport planning and execution of roadmaps, releases, and backlogsAssist with security audits and compliance framework adherenceImprove Security team KPIs and processesIncorporate AI technologies to enhance process scalability and visibilityDevelop and contribute to a program management community of practicePromote and embody organizational cultural principlesRequirements:1-3 years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced technical environmentAbility to manage priorities across multiple teams and coordinate schedulesStrong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiencesOwnership, collaboration, curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguityProactive use of data and technology to improve processes and decisionsExperience with AI tools to enhance workflowsFamiliarity with Agile practices and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TableauPay Range and Compensation Package:Annual base salary: $96,390—$162,000Eligibility for initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities based on performance, subject to plan terms and conditionsEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
