Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients as you develop and implement communications strategies that inform, educate, and inspire the client's workforce, convey information about critical client initiatives, and highlight key outcomes to senior leadership.As a collaborator on all aspects of verbal and written communications, you will perform a variety of duties, including creating and implementing communications plans to gain employee buy-in of client initiatives, drafting and editing internal and enterprise-wide news and information to inform the client's workforce such as regular newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and articles, developing and managing content for the client's website such as event notices, articles, and leadership messages, and creating collateral content, as needed. You will also be responsible, with your team, for coordinating, publicizing, and running periodic events such as All Hands or town hall meetings to highlight programs and initiatives of importance to the client and its workforce.Work with us as we design, develop, and produce world-class communications to inspire, effect change, and strengthen our client's mission. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
