In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY\nMinimum Experience and Training Requirements\n\nFour years of professional experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of radiation hazards, that includes two years of supervisory experience, and certification as a health physicist by the American Board of Health Physics; or\n\nFive years of professional experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of radiation hazards, that includes two years of supervisory experience, and possession of a certificate of registration issued by the National Registry of Radiation Protection Technologists; or\n\nTwo years as a Radiation Protection Program Supervisor or Nuclear Safety Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ; or\n\nSix years of professional experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of radiation hazards, that includes two years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor’s degree in health physics, radiation physics, radiation biology, nuclear physics or applied health physics; or\n\nSix years of professional experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of radiation hazards, that includes two years of supervisory experience, and a bachelor’s degree with major course work in the physical, biological or radiological sciences or in nuclear engineering, that includes 20 credits in health physics or radiological sciences; or\n\nAn equivalent combination of experience and training which includes two years of supervisory experience in the recognition, evaluation and control of radiation hazards.\n\nOther Requirements\n\nYou must possess and maintain a REAL ID or passport for this position.
