Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and facilitate onboarding using a structured Orientation Plan Ensure timely and sequential completion of all onboarding and training requirements Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, and educational resourcesRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license required CRC certification required or must be obtained within 3 months Clinical training experience within a healthcare setting is strongly preferred Ability to navigate and utilize multiple technology platforms efficiently Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
