Together, we bring MORE change to the world.\nLearn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.\nThe Director, Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficient material flow, trade compliance, and cost control across domestic and international operations. This role drives operational excellence, enforces transportation agreements, and supports manufacturing through effective planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination. The position requires strong system expertise, regulatory compliance, export control and leadership in a dynamic environment.\nThis position reports to the Director, North American Logistics Operations, and is part of the Global Supply Chain located in Lodi, CA, and will be an on-site role.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\nOversee warehouse operations, transportation services, and freight expense containment.\nExecute production and customer order fulfillment per schedule.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9000, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, FDA, and export control regulations.\nOptimize inventory accuracy, return-to-stock processes, and dock-to-stock cycle times.\nMaintain trade compliance and SAP system integrity, including user training and audit readiness.\nManage transaction infrastructure, financial reconciliation, and in-transit visibility.\nProvide 24/7 operational support and resolve shipping issues with internal and external stakeholders.\nThe essential requirements of the job include:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field and 5-7 years of warehouse or distribution experience.\nDeep knowledge of SAP WM/EWM and warehouse automation technologies.\nStrong expertise in WMS, inventory control, and safety compliance\nProven ability in resource planning, labor management, and operational optimization.\nTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:\nAbility to lift, move or carry equipment up to 30lb\nAbility to work at a desk with computer for extended periods of time\nOccasional travel as required\nIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\nStrong people leadership and change management skills.\nCSCP Certification\nDBS Certified Practioner\nCepheid, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
