Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the COO, the Controller serves as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, revenue cycle management, grants, audits, and financial planning. The position also supervises the Medical Biller and Accounts/Facility Manager.\nThe ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong nonprofit accounting experience who thrives in a mission-driven environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial stability, supporting organizational growth, improving operational efficiency, and providing meaningful financial analysis to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
