You will support the team in managing 0.15um ~ 0.18um product lines, driving process integration, daily yield maintenance, and assisting with new product phase-ins. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.\nExperience: Fresh graduates are highly welcome, or candidates with 1-3 years of semiconductor industry experience.\nTechnical Skills: Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with data analysis, SPC (Statistical Process Control), or DOE (Design of Experiments) is a plus.\nSoft Skills: Strong passion for learning, proactive attitude, and good team-work and communication skills\nStrong English communication skills (written and verbal) are a plus.\n\nPersonal Attributes:\nConvey complex technical concepts.\nInitiative-driven with priorities and responsibilities to support our needs.\nExcels as both a team player and a leader, encouraging collaboration.\nMotivated by achieving measurable results and improving performance.\nMaintains focus and accuracy when working on intricate tasks, ensuring accuracy while managing deadlines and pressures.\n\nEligibility:\n\nAll applicants must possess legal authorization to work in the United States. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $87,000 and $106,764 per year. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $87,000 - $115,580 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level.
