Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for a medical device professional with 5+ years of progressive product management experience who is eager to lead product initiatives, influence cross-functional decisions, and deliver measurable business impact.\nThis is a strategic and execution-focused role supporting downstream product activities including sales training, marketing collateral, social media coordination, lab support, and product launches. You will work closely with sales, clinical, R&D, quality, and marketing teams - translating real-world clinical feedback from GI healthcare professionals into meaningful product insights and action.\nWe are a small, rapidly scaling organization, and we value people who take initiative, move quickly, and follow through. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. If you are motivated by ownership, impact, and growth—and want to help shape the future of GI Endoscopy, Micro-Tech Endoscopy is the place for you.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn product lifecycle management for assigned portfolio, including strategy, positioning, and performance tracking\nDrive the development of product launch plans, participate in product evaluations, develop relationships, and identify early adopters.\nConduct customer/market research to identify customer needs, improve processes, new market opportunities, and future business development.\nSupport marketing campaigns, sales tools, and program development, including market analysis and sales analytics.\nCreate innovative product messaging and positioning; develop and execute positioning strategies for new and existing products.\nResearch and analyze product sales and positioning, the market, industry, potential, and competitor trends for the business area.\nPartner with Sales and train them on products, positioning, and messaging.\nProvide frequent updates to the field: product-related information and competitor activities.\nAnalyze product line performance from both quantitative and qualitative standpoints; own recommendations and drive decisions for product lifecycle management (e.g., pricing, portfolio optimization, sunsetting)\nInfluence cross-functional stakeholders and serve as the voice of the customer in internal decision-making forums\nOther duties as assigned.\nMinimum Eligibility Criteria:\nBA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. medical device field in product management or associate product management role.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience leading multiple projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nMinimum 5 years’ direct experience observing procedures in a clinical environment (ASC or hospital setting).\nPreference given to candidates with experience in gastroenterology focused on medical devices/products.\nDemonstrable ability to blend creative thinking, strategic ownership, innovative thinking, and pragmatic execution to drive results.\nExceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to adapt communication style to accommodate diverse audiences\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, CRM, and database resources\nExperience within SAP and PowerBI preferred.\nCore competencies (the desired skills and behaviors needed to perform this job successfully):\nSelf-drive\nAdaptable in a dynamic environment\nCommunicate effectively\nAbility to follow direction\nPartnering\nProblem solving\nConsistency “impact”\nCognitive Ability\nEssential Functions of the Job:\nThis position requires approximately 30% travel, including air and automobile travel, as well as overnight stays. A portion of the work week will be spent in the employee's home office, involving prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer, and communicating via video conferencing and telephone.\nSome essential responsibilities will take place in clinical environments, such as GI labs and procedure rooms, where the employee may be required to stand for extended periods while observing procedures, interacting with medical staff, and taking notes.\nRegular access to healthcare facilities is required. These facilities often have specific requirements for vendor representatives, including background checks, drug screening, proof of immunization or health status, and completion of onboarding or training modules. Employment is contingent upon the ability to meet and maintain compliance with these standards.\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
