Manufacturing Business Process Analyst (ERP)

Location - Pine Buff, AR Location based onsite in either Pine Bluff or Little Rock. Candidates located in Little Rock will be required to travel to Pine Bluff at least once per week. There is a separate travel component. Position Summary The Manufacturing Business Process Analyst is responsible for defining, designing, and supporting ERP-enabled business processes within a discrete manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in the deployment and optimization of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), ensuring alignment between system capabilities and real-world engineering and manufacturing operations. The position works closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and IT to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions, with a focus on engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing. IT will require a strong partnership with Operations and a thorough understanding of workflow processes. The individual will be responsible for observing current operational workflows, gathering key information, and translating those processes into effective solutions within the Infor CloudSuite environment. Responsibilities will also include understanding the setup and functionality of the current ERP system, training new applicants/users, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful transition and optimization of the system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Business Process Analysis & DesignAnalyze current-state business processes and identify improvement opportunitiesDesign future-state processes aligned with ERP capabilities and operational goalsDocument business requirements, workflows, and functional specificationsFacilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams ERP Functional SupportConfigure and support ERP functionality in alignment with business needsTranslate requirements into system solutions in collaboration with technical teams and implementation partnersParticipate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation Manufacturing Process SupportSupport key manufacturing processes, including:Engineer-to-order (ETO) productionConfigurable product structuresMulti-level bills of materials (BOMs)Shop floor routings and labor trackingEnsure ERP configurations accurately reflect shop floor execution BOM, Routing & Data ManagementAssist in the development and standardization of BOM and routing structuresValidate data accuracy for items, inventory, work centers, and lead timesSupport data migration, cleansing, and validation activitiesPromote data governance and ongoing data quality practices Planning & Scheduling SupportAssist in configuring and validating MRP and capacity planning processesSupport improvements in production scheduling and material planningIdentify and help resolve planning-related system or process issues Stakeholder Support & TrainingProvide end-user support and training for ERP processes and functionalityDevelop documentation, job aids, and standard operating proceduresAct as a liaison between business users and IT Requirements Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations Experience in discrete manufacturing environments Strong understanding of: Multi-level BOMsManufacturing routingsProduction planning and scheduling Experience gathering and documenting business requirements Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)Experience supporting engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturingFamiliarity with Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) processesBackground in industrial, electrical, or heavy manufacturingExperience with data migration or data governance initiatives Work Environment & ExpectationsRegular interaction with engineering, operations, and shop floor personnelParticipation in workshops, testing, and training sessionsTravel as required Benefits Medical, Dental, Life, 401k, Vacation Pay Competitive Salary with Annual Incentive Bonus eligibility Please note & Review the following: This job is considered safety-sensitive because impairment by drugs or alcohol may constitute a threat to health or safety, and/or a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death.
