Administration\r\nManage contract workflows from award through closeout\r\nMaintain contract and subcontract registers\r\nCoordinate subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, bonds, insurance certificates, and lien waivers\r\nMaintain company registrations and certifications, including , PIEE, SPRS, and agency portals\r\nSupport compliance tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping requirementsDocument Management & Microsoft 365 GCC\r\nServe as the division's document control lead within Microsoft 365 GCC\r\nManage SharePoint site structure, permissions, version control, and retention processes\r\nMaintain file organization standards and document control procedures\r\nCoordinate security and compliance requirements related to CUI and government cloud environments\r\nDevelop templates, forms, and workflow automations that improve efficiencyReporting & Data Management\r\nBuild and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for leadership\r\nTrack pursuit pipelines, recruiting metrics, contract status, and project deliverables\r\nEnsure data accuracy across departmental trackers and systems\r\nPrepare meeting materials, action logs, and follow-up reportingProposal & Pursuit Support\r\nMonitor federal procurement portals and solicitation updates\r\nMaintain company proposal resources, resumes, project profiles, and past-performance materials\r\nSupport proposal production, compliance reviews, formatting, and final submissions\r\nCoordinate schedules, reviews, and deadlines with proposal and pursuit teamsDesign & Project Management Support\r\nMaintain design deliverable logs, RFI logs, and comment-resolution trackers\r\nCoordinate design review meetings and distribute project documentation\r\nManage transmittals between consultants, trade partners, owners, and government reviewers\r\nAssist with permitting and agency coordination effortsOxford Office Operations\r\nServe as the primary operational contact for the Oxford office\r\nCoordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, and facility needs\r\nSupport onboarding and orientation activities\r\nCoordinate travel, meetings, and team events\r\nAct as a liaison with HR, Accounting, IT, and Marketing teamsWhat We're Looking For\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n2-5 years of experience in project coordination, contract administration, business operations, document control, or a related field\r\nBachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)\r\nAdvanced Microsoft 365 skills, including:\r\nSharePoint\r\nTeams\r\nOutlook\r\nWord\r\nExcel\r\nStrong Excel reporting and tracking capabilities, including pivot tables and data organization\r\nExceptional organizational and multitasking skills\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nProven ability to learn new technology and improve processes\r\nU.S. CitizenshipPreferred Qualifications\r\nConstruction, architecture, engineering, or government contracting experience\r\nFamiliarity with federal procurement systems such as and PIEE\r\nExperience administering SharePoint environments, particularly within GCC or GCC High\r\nProcore, Bluebeam, or other
