Lead Mental Health Tech - St John's Campus KIDS
Job Summary Under the supervision of registered nurses, assist in implementing medical, behavioral, and psychiatric health care of patients. In addition to performing a variety of clerical duties to support the provision of patient care, the Lead oversees and coordinates the activities of other Mental Health Technicians. Responsibilities include ensuring team adherence to clinical protocols, providing training and mentorship to staff, managing shift schedules, and acting as a liaison between the nursing staff and Mental Health Technicians to facilitate effective communication and care delivery.
