This role will support managing multiple small improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion under supervision of a Program Manager.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:Manages execution of cross-functional plans and tracks progress of activitiesFacilitates cross-functional interactions to complete assigned projects within deadlines and compliance with the pharma services planTracks, maintains, and communicates project reports to stakeholdersResponsible for managing resourcing, capacity planning, and managing lab capacityManages the CAPEX budgetUpdates and maintains dashboardsOversees and guides day-to-day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of resultsImplements/pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchangeResponsible for the management of assays transferring to PenzbergQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferredRequires 2+ years of experienceIdeal candidate is a motivated self-learner and go-getter who takes initiative to learn and drive projects to completionExperience with clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone achievementAbout BEPCBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
