This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in client service, administrative, and marketing support who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.What you’ll do:Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm mannerManage advisors’ calendars, including appointment scheduling and reschedulingManaging advisors’ email continuously throughout the dayAssist clients with completing required paperworkMaintain the firm’s CRM system (Salesforce) through accurate data entry and database managementBuild and improve upon client relationshipsSupport social media campaignsPlan, coordinate, and execute workshops and client appreciation eventsManage guest communications, registrations, and RSVPsHandle event setup, breakdown, and on-site logisticsWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office and SalesforceSelf-starter who takes initiative and works well independentlyExcellent communication; written and verbal, professional and well spokenCollaborative team player willing to assist othersDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasksExhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracySkilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidanceEmbraces change and adapts quickly to evolving processesBonus Points:Proficiency with AI toolsFinancial industry experienceWhat You’ll Get: Pay & Perks: $50k/year + quarterly and annual performance bonusesHealth insurance stipend401(k) with 3% matching after 1 year2 weeks PTO, increases with tenureFederal holidays offSchedule: In office: Monday – Friday, 8:30am and 5:00pmOccasional evenings and weekends required for client eventsPresented by Advisor Talent SolutionsAdvisor Talent Solutions, part of the AE Management, LLC family of companies, supports independent advisor businesses with their hiring needs.
