This will include assisting with financial planning and metrics tracking, staff allocation, security and IT support coordination and other cross-organization collaboration.\r\nWhat you will do\r\nCoordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio\r\nDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution\r\nPrepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews\r\nManage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation\r\nTrack and manage program risks, issues, and action items; develop and execute mitigation strategies\r\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, and customers\r\nLead proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling\r\nInterface with sponsor Program Managers, technical points of contact, and customer stakeholders\r\nEnsure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including algorithm developers, systems engineers, and integration staff\r\nCoordinate staff planning for the RAID team to resource cross-organizational projects\r\nCollaborate across the operations teams (e.g. contracts, finance, security, IT/IA, etc.) to ensure continued, timely support for current an upcoming projects\r\nSupport approximately 20% travel for customer meetings, program reviews, and integration events\r\nWho you are\r\nActive Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is a government requirement\r\nBS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with 2-7+ years of relevant program management experience depending on degree (BS +7 years, MS +5 years, PhD +2 years)\r\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers\r\nExperience with\r\nManaging / coordinating projects where software is a key component\r\nIntegrated master schedule creation and management\r\nTechnical writing, presentation skills, delivery of reviews for sponsors\r\nGovernment reporting requirements and contract management\r\nBudget management, financial tracking and forecasting, risk management\r\nProposal leadership and development and contributing to marketing efforts\r\nEven Better\r\nActive Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)\r\nProficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)\r\nStrong risk management and problem-solving skills\r\nExperience with\r\nEffective collaboration with cross-functional technical teams\r\nManagement of sensor software development programs\r\nEarned Value Management (EVM)\r\nPMP, DAWIA, or similar program management certification\r\nTechnical understanding of RF signal processing systems\r\nJoin us and be part of a team that's making an impact at the forefront of technology and innovation.\r\nPay Information\r\nFull-Time Salary Range: $140,000 - $193,000\r\nThe salary range listed is based on external market data.
