About the Role:
We are seeking an engaging, driven, and personable Certified Pilates Apparatus Instructor eager to expand their clientele and make a real impact. You'll join a dynamic and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and fostering a strong community. At FFC, you'll have a diverse teaching experience teaching private sessions, group Apparatus classes, and new member sessions. Lastly, you’ll work alongside the best Pilates professionals in the business, changing lives—including your own.
Location: FFC Elmhurst
Compensation:
First 60 Days: Guaranteed stipend plus standard commission for paid sessions
Post 60 Days: Compensation based on the standard commission plan
Commission Pay Range: $45-66 per paid session (depending on experience and certifications)
Note: Stipend is exclusive to full-time employees

Qualifications:
Certification: Fully Studio Certified or will complete Full Studio Certification within 6 months of hire. (Certification includes Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel modules.)
Knowledge: Ability to educate others on the benefits of Pilates Training
Safety: Current CPR and AED certification
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Maintain and update a weekly schedule of appointments
Sales Proficiency: Utilize provided training to excel in sales to grow your book of business
Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all
Membership Growth: Help retain and attract new members through exceptional customer service and club promotion
Fitness Support: Assist members with exercise concerns, including spotting during sessions
Program Promotion: Build relationships on the floor to promote all FFC programs
Exercise Recommendations: Provide tailored exercise plans to help clients achieve their goals
Professional Development: Attend required meetings, continue education, and participate in member appreciation events
Certification Maintenance: Keep all certifications, including CPR/AED, current
Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness by wiping down equipment and restacking weights
Community Involvement: Volunteer for special events and programs sponsored by FFC
