About the Role: We are seeking an engaging, driven, and personable Certified Pilates Apparatus Instructor eager to expand their clientele and make a real impact. You'll join a dynamic and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and fostering a strong community. At FFC, you'll have a diverse teaching experience teaching private sessions, group Apparatus classes, and new member sessions. Lastly, you’ll work alongside the best Pilates professionals in the business, changing lives—including your own. (Certification includes Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel modules.) Knowledge: Ability to educate others on the benefits of Pilates Training Safety: Current CPR and AED certification Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Maintain and update a weekly schedule of appointments Sales Proficiency: Utilize provided training to excel in sales to grow your book of business Environment: Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all Membership Growth: Help retain and attract new members through exceptional customer service and club promotion Fitness Support: Assist members with exercise concerns, including spotting during sessions Program Promotion: Build relationships on the floor to promote all FFC programs Exercise Recommendations: Provide tailored exercise plans to help clients achieve their goals Professional Development: Attend required meetings, continue education, and participate in member appreciation events Certification Maintenance: Keep all certifications, including CPR/AED, current Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness by wiping down equipment and restacking weights Community Involvement: Volunteer for special events and programs sponsored by FFC Our Purpose: "To enhance the lives of our members and guests by improving their overall health and well-being."
