Job Details:Job Title: Supplier Performance AnalystLocation: White Plains, NY 10601- Hybrid schedules are permissible with a minimum of 3 days on-site depending on assignmentDuration: 12+ monthsPayrate: $40/hr. on (W2) - All inclusiveSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7.5-hour workday with .5-hour unpaid lunch, paid for time worked only (37.5)Notes: Client does not provide laptops. Instead, they will provide desktops and dedicated workstations, Candidates will use their own equipment's when working remotely during the week.Project OverviewThis role will support the Company Supplier Relationship Management Unit.The Supplier Performance Analyst will support, evaluate, and measure supplier performance.Including, Supplier Relationship Management support, supply chain risk communication, coordinate supplier meetings and maintaining relationship with strategic suppliers.The Analyst will track supplier performance activities including KPI's, scorecards, (performance evaluation) and notices of concerns, and other related task.Job Functions & ResponsibilitiesAssist the SRM Manager in developing standardize supplier performance KPI's and scorecards in collaboration with the SRM manager, the Buyer, and end-userSupport the issuance of semi-annually supplier performance scorecards by collecting relevant datapoints and meet with the project team to disuss overall performance scoresTracking supplier performance and managing KPIs, scorecards, notices of concerns and/or supplier performance reports and centralize in the supplier's profile (Ariba SIPM)Support supplier performance meetings including establishing agendas, track open items, meeting minutesProvide weekly reports of supplier performance issues and support the SRM Manager to mitigate/resolve accordingly And related tasks as assignedSkillsRequirements:Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAPAbility to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasksGood organizational skills with an attentiontion to detailAbility to establish effective relationships with team membersExceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are requiredEffective written and oral communication skills Communications (Written & Oral):Must have good written and verbal communication skills.Must possess be able to organize information and effectively present ideas to the intended audience.Must be able to receive verbal direction and follow-up for/with supervisor.Must communicate and work effectively with contractors and consultants.Must have good writing skills and be able to prepare rather complex reports and equipment reviews suitable for final submission.Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 3+ plus years of utility experience. Knowledge of construction industry Knowledge of financial management procedures and principles.Personal computing skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processors, and databases.
