Capability of standing and bending over for long periods of time while performing manual labor with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWorking Hours- Fulltime employment (40+hrs/week).\nPersonal Traits- Good communication skills with positive teamwork attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow direction and or work independently, able to multi-task and trouble shoot. Punctuality and safe work habits.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\n\nTimely completion of job functions in accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of the company.\nAssemble components for final assembly of finished or semi-finished goods in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.\nInspect parts and pack them if trained.\nResponsible for material handling and organization of parts for the applicable assembly area.\nOperate production equipment as trained.\nMaintain monthly Scrap Log.\nUnderstand the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.\nEnsure internal and external customer satisfaction by working with department supervisor and department lead.\nWork safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated.
