In this role you will be expected to lead a team of analysts and scale the team as needed based on business needs.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nProduct Strategy & Vision\r\n* Lead a Data Product team supporting CAVA's FP&A business unit\r\n* Direct oversight for data analysts\r\n* Define the\r\nvision, strategy, and roadmap\r\nfor enterprise products, ensuring alignment with CAVA's business goals.\r\n* Treat products as strategic assets, guaranteeing relevance and value over time.\r\n* Identify high-impact opportunities to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.\r\n* Establish product KPIs and success metrics.\r\nProduct Development & Execution\r\nTranslate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and specifications.\r\nOversee end-to-end product development, including prioritization, sprint planning, testing, and release management.\r\nEnsure products meet quality, usability, and performance standards.\r\nCross-Functional Partnership\r\n* Act as the\r\nbridge between business and engineering teams\r\n, serving as a subject matter expert (SME).\r\n* Partner with stakeholders to identify, measure, and prioritize product-driven opportunities.\r\n* Facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.\r\nGovernance & Compliance\r\nEnsure products comply with enterprise governance, privacy, and security standards.\r\nDrive adoption of best practices, documentation, and data integrity measures.\r\nUser Experience & Adoption\r\nDesign experiences aligned to specific personas and use cases.\r\nDevelop training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support adoption.\r\nConduct user testing and lead iterative improvements.\r\nThe Qualifications\r\nRequired\r\n3-7+ years of experience in data product management or related technical/business roles.\r\nProficient in SQL or Python\r\nExperience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse, etc) and data visualization tools\r\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.\r\nAbility to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.\r\nPreferred\r\nExcellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.\r\nExperience managing products in a high-growth environment.\r\nFamiliarity with modern tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, APIs, operational dashboards).\r\nBackground in technology, operations, or analytics-heavy functions.\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nAbility to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment\r\nMust be able to identify, analyze and assess details\r\nFor certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds\r\nAbility to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively\r\nConstantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable\r\nAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner\r\nWhat we offer\r\nCompetitive salary, plus bonus and long-term incentives\r\nEarly Wage Access!\r\nUnlimited PTO, paid parental leave, plus paid opportunities to give back to the community\r\nHealth, Dental, Vision, Telemedicine, Pet Insurance plus more!\r\n401k enrollment with CAVA contribution\r\nCompany-paid STD, LTD, Life and AD&D coverage for salaried positions\r\nFree CAVA food\r\nCasual work environment\r\nThe opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly growing brand\r\nAll exempt and non exempt employees are eligible for benefits.
